Funkis is happy to offer our customers an exchange, credit note or refund on any full priced items purchased through our online store if the item(s) are:
- In original purchase condition.
- In original packaging including tags, boxes and labels.
- The item(s) have not been worn/washed.
- If your return shows visible signs of wear or if the product is not in original condition we will not process the return.
- We can not refund or exchange sale items
Online orders will incur an $8 handling fee if returned for a refund
Credit notes can be used online and are valid for 3 years.
To return, please contact the online store within 7 days of receiving your order and include the item you'd like to return and whether you would like an exchange, credit or refund. Please post your items back to our Paddington Head Office:

if you have received an item that is not what you ordered or you believe is faulty please email onlineshop@funkis.com with images as soon as possible. We can then arrange a replacement or refund.
