What is your returns policy?
Funkis offers exchanges, refunds or credit notes on all full priced items within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached with proof of purchase provided (proof of purchase can be your order number, or your invoice received with your order).

We do charge an $8 handling fee when processing a refund if the order was placed on our online store, and any shipping fees if applicable are non-refundable.

Credit notes last for 3 years and can be used online.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless deemed faulty. This includes incorrect size chosen, please choose wisely when purchasing during sale periods. 
Funkis reserves the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return.

Please note all returns must be initiated in our returns centre before they are sent to us. Sending orders back without approval will cause extensive delays.
 
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is customer paid and non refundable. We recommend keeping your tracking details as Funkis is not liable for returns lost in transit. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item - we will bear the return shipping cost.
 
 
Have you received my return?
Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed once it has reached our returns address. 
  
If I make a purchase using the WITHLOVE discount code, is this considered a sale item and ineligible for a return?
The WITHLOVE code is not considered sale, and you are still eligible for a return!
 
My item is faulty/incorrect, what do I do?
Firstly we are so sorry about this! If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email our team at onlineshop@funkis.com within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate this and assist you further.
